Many clients prefer to manage venue coordination internally; optional venue coordination support is available if required.

Whilst we’re based in the UK, we source venues, suppliers and solutions across the UK and Overseas.

It really depends on your requirements.

We provide one port of call for all your requirements.

• We establish the brief
• Source venues/suppliers that meet your requirements (on average we check at least 50)
• Provide you with a proposal of shortlisted options
• Organise site visits
• Negotiate contracts and payment terms for your approval
• Introduce you to the venue/supplier
• Post-event feedback
• Re-book

As quick as you need them.

Once you’ve chosen your venue or supplier and you’re in a position to confirm, we can request the relevant paperwork for you.

We’ll check it and send it across for your approval.  You then check with the relevant parties, sign, send back to us and we move on to the planning and event finalisation stages.

Some clients like to finalise contracts directly with a venue or supplier which can be done also.

Many venues and suppliers have been working to revise their contracts to provide bookers with confidence in the context of the current pandemic.  We would highly recommend ensuring a COVID-19 contract clause is included as recommended by the Meetings Industry Association or that you work with your own legal teams in line with your level of comfort.

Payments are made directly between client, venue and supplier.

Many venues and suppliers have been revising their payment terms in the context of the current pandemic.We can of course negotiate on the payment terms to better suit your business requirements.

Our privacy policy is completely revamped in line with the new GDPR regulations that came into effect on 25th May.
